ok,if you're a master of pain endurance and hardcore maniac,do wrist push ups.simply put the outer hand on the ground and push up.for maniacs,do commando style, you do not have to go too high, the pain is enough.this might damage your wrists if you're not strong enough.do it one hand per time if so.peace

Wrist pushups sound insane,
where did u get that ultraman? im gonna try them right now............... Ok, i c ur point, it may help.. but i know a (probably) more effective way.. U go 2 a sports store and buy a wrist gripper... now there r two types- 1. a metal/plastic 1 with a coil and two bars which u hav 2 push together wit ur palm and fingers 2. A rubber round doughnut which u hav 2 push together in the palm of ur hand.. the second one is MUCH more effective.. trust me, dont listen to the guys at the store... or u could just buy a 8-15 Kg dumbell, place it in ur hand and on the edge of ur knee and move it up and down- U can do it with ur finger pointing the ground, or the ceiling.. do both at least 20 times a day and muscles will accumilate on yur fore-arm |

yeah, or you could just practice balancing a turtle, or hand glides. if you can't hold it on your own to start, have a friend help keep your balance. when you get strong enough spinning hand glides and turtles will be cake.
