I kno how 2 fix back pain
(if its just simple pain and nothing 2 do with yur spinal chord) First c a doctor and ask if u can do the following exercise.. 1. Find an elevated platform (eg table, several tall chairs lined up) 2. Get ur body on it such that ur stomach is facing down 3. Get urself in such a position that ur waist is at the edge of the platform (ur legs on the platform and the rest of ur body hanging there) 4. lift urself up and down (sorta like upside-down situps) This helps an injured back... watch out-dont hit ur head against the floor, and ask a doctor if its serious... |
