I hear people tell others to run to lose fat, but how far or how long do you have to run for daily?
Also I play rugby, so I havent had much time for bboying lately but does anyone know some remedies for soft tissue injuries? i have one around my right shoulder blade, one around my left elbow and one around my left ribs, and they hurt like a beeyotch, something horrible....
