...proberly are some treads like this..but.. i wanna ge better at breakin' but i aint got mtuc power..so just wanted to know: 1. how do you work out nad how many days a week..? 2. how sould i work out? well hope u can help me Ps: i dont have any weights so plzz dont post any workouts were u need weights |

Work out till u drop... thats the best way 4 building power and muscle mass... Like pushups- do as many as u can till u drop...u cant move, ur paralysed etc.. and after a couple of hours do it again... the advantage of this method id that ul notice ur improvment in a day or 2-itz the fastest...........
