Yo, I got like a 6 pack or something, but only when I'm kinda in a situp position or lying down. Does this count as a six pack and how can I get them to be "full time."
You have a six pack.... but most likely under a small layer of fat. No matter how big ur ab muscles are you could never get them full time until you lose the fat. run..... daily, and eat sensible 4 a while. see how it plays out after that
