hey sup? well i got problems with my legs... like when i spread it in a v shape.. it's not wide enough... so my mills and my l kick doesn't look good.... wat excersice should i do?

You dont need to exercise it. Stretch it. Spread ur legs as far as u can for 30 secs. even if it hurts.. do it 3 times a day. or more best time is before you sleep. In the morning when u wake up and during the day some time . but befor u do it lay on ur back and open and close ur legs 20 times so that ur warmed up and not stretching cold.




I am fat, stupid, and ugly. If u are all of these things plz take my advice. If u are not then i will find u and chop off your chod.

i do the try to split part.. but 4got i'm stretching cold!! lol that mite be my problem ar... thx man!
