The best ab workout -

Sit ups, first 50 times, then 40 times, then 30 times. Crunches, 60, then 50, then 50. Bicycle kicks, 70, then 60, then 50, then leg raises, 50/50.

Do 50 leg raises, then do 50 leg raises again. It made my abs harder, and I am seeing results.

bicycle kicks... lie on ur back and pick up ur legs and pedal em like ur ridin a bicycle, also i suggest side crunches, for itll b betta for ur sides cuz u dun wanna look weird wit only abs.. good workout yo

u might also wanna do atomic situps (i think thats what theyre called)
sort of like a hybrid between bent-knee leg raises and situps (meet in the middle)

lay on yo baq with ur hands underneath yo butt with yo legs straight. Then raise yo legs like a feet of the ground SLOWLY then lower it back down.
