yo i haven't replied in a while but thx anthonymcgrath for the exercises they've rly been helpin( or at least i think they do) i mean, i've gotten a few inches lower on my split, but i still got a long way to go oh well i get there eventually.
nice one bdogg - glad to hear they're working for yer. Like I said - you'll see an increase but to get lower and lower you've just got to stick at it. What you'll also find as well is that the stretching will help massively with the footwork as you'll find it easier to move your legs and furthermore you should notice a speed increase slightly as your muscles will be used to being placed into a more contorted motion than straight walking (probably the most exercise mr averages get in a working day).
I've been practising my basic sixstep and its alot better with the regular stretching
sry i was in a hurry wid da last post newayz it's good that footwork is gettin betta i'm gettin lower on my splits 2 but i still a long way to go, and i want to get there FAST. oh well..... betta late then never rite?
