Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

stop eating...count your calories for a week or atleast get somethin close then cut out about 600

then after a few weeks or a week or somethin cut out another 400...works pretty well, but it depends on how much weight you want to lose...

eat lots of veggies. they are low calories and some of them like celery are negative calories (i.e. they take more energy to digest and extract the nutriets than they give). as long as you keep exercising, maybe weightlifting (a chest workout would be good... and diamond pushups as well) and eat healthy you should lose them.

no, not if you exercise because your body knows it has to keep the muscle for the exercise you are doing so it gets rid of the other source of energy it has: lipids.

that's why diets out there are whack sometimes because you really need to exercise with your diet for it to get rid of the most fat.

Can't remember where I heard this from, but I remember someone told me that doing too much weights can stunt ur growth spurt or somethin. I wouldn't worry if u've gone past puberty tho.

I'd recommend doin hand-stand push ups against a wall. Or you could do push-ups with ur hands on a raised surface with a gap in-between (like 2 chairs) and ur feet elevated just slightly lower and u do a push-up in-between the chairs and get as low as u can. I do around 50 of these every 2nd morning and in about a month I got some pretty good results.

Man this guy's 180 lbs and does only bout 15 pushups in a row.
I think you should work on your pushups and get them to maybe 30 after maybe a few weeks. Then you can move onto hand-stand pushups if u can otherwise carry on with pushups.

But pushups won't get rid of your chest just try going for runs for maybe half an hour or cycling if your lazier.

no...your body will burn off muscle mass. You might be the same strength, but thats because more muscle fibers are being used(something like that, I'm not exactly sure about the fibers). Its very VERY easy to lose muscle when your losing weight. Infact you can't lose much more than 2 pounds a week without losing muscle...

weights don't stunt your growth...thats bullshit

lifting weights wont stunt ur growth, but if u do too much lifting with the same muscle group, u might end up with pulled or torn muscles. going on a diet isnt the best way. excercise daily unless u feel extremely tired. try eating more vegetables, and less junk food. eat a crunchy vegetable like a carrot if u want some chips. and run alot.

i still disagree. your body will still keep a bunch of the muscle mass it has because it needs it. true, you will lose some muscle mass but you will lose a bunch of fats as well if you have an overabundance of them.

no, no, no. lifting weights during and before puberty DOES stunt your growth. primary example = gymnasts. since all of their testosterone is being used to build muscle mass that means they wont have much left over testosterone to be coverted into estrogen for height growth. for women gymnasts it is the opposite... they don't have enough testosterone for muscle growth so their bodies covert estrogen into testosterone to build their muscles and there isn't much left over estrogen to allow them to grow.

lol, females dont have testosterone, and males dont have estrogen, or progesterone. ur thinking about hgh, the human growth hormone, its like testosterone, but its in both male and female. true about the diet tho, u dont lose much muscle mass, and u lose tons of fats, i have dieted before (somewhat pointlessly), and lifting weights only stunts ur growth if u do it in excess because u could pull, strain, tear, or break muscles, keeping u from growing.

ok, so the subject is man teets, we're helping him get rid of them.
try bench pressing. i heard some girls talking about reducing the size of their breasts, and they said bench pressing helped. dont ask me why it would cus i honestly dont know and dont wish to pursue an answer from them. i recommend trying it, its worth a shot, or just making ur abdominal muscles stick out more to compensate for ur pecs and trying to define the muscle there. i have a bit of a pronounced chest, but its solid muscle from doing curls and bench pressing. i need to work on abs tho, i have a flat beer belly, not fat, flat. lol. hope that helps, i kno there was some junk in there, just ignore it if u dont wanna read it. peace.
