hey i need sum great workouts that would increase the strength in all my muscles quickly. i also need A LOT of stamina cus i get tired easily. i need to be in great conditioning for bboying, basketball, and football by nxt skool yr or possibly before that because of football/bball camp in the summer. n dont giv me any dealing wit lifting weights... im only 13 turning 14 n only in the 5'4" 5'5" height area
