Ice Baths - 04-02-2004, 11:06 PM

After a strenuious session on your muscles, an Ice Bath is a wonderful thing to release some toxins in your body and quiet your hurting muscles and joints. Then to be slowly warmed....it's a good thing. (if you can take the cold)

Ever do it?

I hav it as hot as u can handle for 60secs then straight cold for 60secs, and repeat till i've finished. It helps get rid of lactic acids in ur muscles

I find the cold baths, or showers really relax me, but in winter, i tend to stick to the warm showers for an obvious reason!

I have to turn my head until my darkness goes...
