I juss started breaking but im REAL out of shape... seriously. Im 12 n im 5 7 1/2 and im 165 pounds... n i think dats crazy. I was thinking... wat do u guys think i should do daily or every other day?? I dont realli wanna KILL my muscles or mess them up bcz i dont no much bout these things n some of u guys no alot.
