hey guys im a 12 year old kid. im 5 feet 2 inches and i weigh 109 pounds. am i fat or am i ok?

if u got a gut, u a fatty, but if u have a 6 pack ur not. Its like NBA players, they weigh alot more than an average person their height would weigh, but its all muscle.

12 years old? In all honesty, you are probably just now hitting puberty (I hope). You're body isn't close to being mature. I'm 18, stand 6'2", and weight 195lb of muscle. Just respond in a few years.

i weigh the same as u n same age lol im about 5 foot some where around there and i aint fat i sorta gotta six pack but ya for about 2 years idid push ups every day n now i can beat the shit outa every kid i know so im guessin its just muscle

can u guys plz help me lose some wieght. i got little fat on arm. i got a belly. lol and u cant c my bones on my hands. only my knuckles r shown. i reallywanna get a 6 pack

aight ...all i know about abs is that you gotta do situps to get em good ...so i suggest you do situps ...i dont know if its good for you to go to a gym cos your body isn't fully grown yet so it might stop your natural growth of your body if you start to work out hard...so i think you should do situps ...but not like hours a day cos if you do that your mucsles wont get better ....and also eat less and start to run ...i think it would be a good habit

Hey man its cool, Just basicly do a whole buncha crunches and pushups a day, and that extra weight will be off in no time. I should know because I'm also 12 and I have in between a 6 and 8 pack. I'm 5'4 110

Dude, I calculated your BMI and it's around 19.3 (Correct me if I'm wrong). You are not fat! You are normal and that's good.

Simple to fix bein a bit fat.
Don't eat guite so much and do more exercise.
Breakin is good coz you get good balance, get more flexible and get stronger.
Or you can do running or whatever as long as it's not boring. I would rather do breakin or martial-arts than running.
Mebee a while to see a six-pac if you are 12 but start workin on it now. In a while you start to look and feel good.
