12 years old? In all honesty, you are probably just now hitting puberty (I hope). You're body isn't close to being mature. I'm 18, stand 6'2", and weight 195lb of muscle. Just respond in a few years.

aight ...all i know about abs is that you gotta do situps to get em good ...so i suggest you do situps ...i dont know if its good for you to go to a gym cos your body isn't fully grown yet so it might stop your natural growth of your body if you start to work out hard...so i think you should do situps ...but not like hours a day cos if you do that your mucsles wont get better ....and also eat less and start to run ...i think it would be a good habit

Simple to fix bein a bit fat.
Don't eat guite so much and do more exercise.
Breakin is good coz you get good balance, get more flexible and get stronger.
Or you can do running or whatever as long as it's not boring. I would rather do breakin or martial-arts than running.
Mebee a while to see a six-pac if you are 12 but start workin on it now. In a while you start to look and feel good.
