i might not know beings that i'm sort of new and a female. every body told me to do lots of pushups. do a set every night a long with some sit ups or crunches. If you do it enough i think you'll have no problem at the bench. be productive though

omg..lol..don't worry about it..i'm 13, about 95 pounds..i'm VERY light...and i'm SKINNY as hell too..well..since i've been working out i've gotten stronger..if you lift weights that will help

but she's right, do pushups and situps/crunches EVERY night and you SHOULD be fine..

iono how much i can bench press...but probably not even 80 pounds..lol..but my punches are pretty strong

btw...are you trying to impress someone or just getting stronger for breakin?

shoot kid don't even worry about impressing anyone by not or only being able to press 100. foreals.. it shouldn't even matter. if you've never benched pressed before, take it easy foreals.. cuz u could seriously hurt yourself and that's never fun!!!

Don't sacrifice your own safety just to impress others. Because there's nothing quite like dropping a heavy barbell on your throat.

from what I've seen from the weight training classes at my school, most people can bench their own wieght. But a word of advice, the bar alone wieghs 45 pounds, 50 depending on the collars. So dont go putting too much weight on.

my arsenal:

Toprock
Floorwork
turtle(freeze)
handglide
swipe(2-legged,air swipes))
skyscraper
handstand(2handed-16 sec,1handed-2 sec.)
baby freeze
