HANDSTAND PUSHUPS! lol i do about 100 every night
it does 2 things
1) Improves balance for a hanstand
2) it will improve ur strength hardcore
i mean i got a 6 pec on from that lol and i aint kiddin, o yea do it against a wall, for starters id say about 15-25 pushups then increse by 2-3 every night, itz real good cause it works on everythin for ur upper body
hold a headstand every night for a couple of mins 2 strengthen your neck and balance.
umm for legs, lets c, a breaker should b flexable as much as he can b 2 b betta, i still dont have the splits, but im gettin there, every night, i get a backpack and get like 5 skoo textbooks and put em in the backpackthen i wear it and do the splits as much as i can and hold and let the weaight of the backpack do the work, hurts real bad, but thats just my method, and i hold it for a couple of minz or when the pain is 2 MUCh, o yea when doin this wear socks that way u can slip down more
