Ayo Y do u hab to work out every other day and not every day? Dont u want to get stronger fast and work your muscles everyday? Y is it so dangerours to work out everyday? I dont get it.........

You should exercise every other day to avoid overtraining of the muscles. Your muscles don't grow while you're working out. Instead, they grow when they're given time to rest after exercising.

If you target particular muscles constantly, they're going to become weaker or even smaller. Give your muscles a day of rest between workouts, and drink and eat lots of protein. Protein is the building block which builds and repairs muscles.

if u train with heavy weights every day it can damage your muscles yeh.
esp if u train half as badly as some of the ppl in my local gym..

anyway i think u should train with bodyweight its better for a breakdance workout and also training with bodyweight everyday (if done correctly of course ) wont damage your muscles
