Hi,
I am wondering. Im a wuss, and i only did handstands against the wall. I tried handstands with no wall before and i fell on my ass pretty hard
What are some tips you guys have to give me to make sure i am ready for a "no-wall" handstand so i wont fall on my ass again? Should i be able to hold a handstand for a certain amount of time on the wall? Should i try to move further away from the wall?
