thats the whole point, you have to stretch until it hurts more and more...the more it hurts, the more flexible you are getting...every ones a while you'll see that it starts to hurt when you reach past the point it hurt before...
just keep consistant and dont stop stretching, make up a stretching "routine" that you'll always do and never skip it or it wont work, do it like twice a day, around the morning and before dancing...dont stretch after dancing too much...it dont work too well...
