Is this a good practice session? -

Well, I am a newbie, and here is what I know so far:
Toprock
Uprock
Six-step (Variations, 2-3-4 step)
Turtle Freeze, Chair, Airbaby
Backspin
When I practice, I do a little bit of movement like toprock, move my joints to get them warmed up. Then I start stretching. Currently I am holding my stretches for 30 secs. to work on flexibility. After this I work on the moves listed for about 5 minutes each, or more if I think I need it.
After that I work on move that I am learning.
Is this good, is there anything I need to be doing that I'm not?
