Handstand Workout -

I workout my handstands by pointing my fingers 2 my feet then I put it on the ground(palm on the floor, fingers facing where feet were) near a wall. Then I put my feet against the wall and I have done a handstand. Last I Bring my shoulders 2 my palms then I push up. I can do about 3.. Try this peeps For Strength.
