Hardest exercises, in your opinion. -

I'm talking aobut things like pushups, vertical pushups, dips, etc. I'd say planche pushups are pretty hard cuz I max out on 5, makes my wrists, lats, triceps, and delts sore. And dips with leg weights work my triceps like crazy. What workout do you think is hard? and which muscles does it work out? Cuz.. I'm too lazy to do lots of reps.
I'd say planche push-ups and dips. Planche push-ups work pretty much everything you said. Dips work deltoids, upper and lower lats and arm muscles. Pretty damn good exercises.

Dips work your tri's/pec's depending on how your put your hands.....jus like normal pushups, if they're close together, it's more tri's than pecs.
lol.....Xu Chang man, with all them jumping exercises you do, you must be dunkin' on 15 footers.
Peace.
Edit: Hanging situps eh?.....I find 'em kinda useless. They're more for showin' off than anything else. You could jus do normal situps with a bar, or, avoiding weights, your little sister sitting on your chest...lol
Yeah, they're like normal squats with the exception of a jump. Deep breathing squats seriously get your metabolism going, and stimulates muscle growth alot.
