What type of exercises do you need. With or without weights?

You can do pushups in between chairs, that are spaced out wider than shoulder width. The farther you go, the more stretch you'll feel in your anterior deltoids and outter pectoral muscles.
And then there's a standing shoulder isometric. Stand up straight, and place the back of your hands on your lower back. Push forward with your hands, and to move your shoulders backwards. Once you feel a strong stretch in your posterior deltoid muscles, hold it for about 10-12 seconds. Try to put 100% effort throughout the entire isometric.
These are the only ones i could think of that didn't require any weights. If I can think of anymore, i'll post some up again.

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO
Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.
Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

Those work your pectoral muscles more than your shoulders.

practice freezes, stalls, and planches all day! practice footwork into a freeze!
just look at pics, vids, etc. and try to do all those freezes!!! do as much as you can and do them all!! it really helps!
STRETCHES,FREEZES, PLANCHES, footwork or toprock into freezes all day!!!!
if it hurts you still gotta work on it, youll get used to it!
what else is there to say? this aint no olympics!

Chin-ups mainly target your back and bicep muscles, rather than your shoulders.

Well, for shoulders, I think handstand push-ups work that a lil, so just do a handstand against a wall, then go down slowly till your head touches the ground, then just push back up!
With weights, I think shoulder flys help. You just hold weights in your hands spread your arms away from you body like you're a bird. Make sure to go nice and slow, so that your muscles have to do the work and not the momentum. And weights don't have to just be the type you see in a gym, they can be your backpack stuffed with school work. I use my back pack and 4 liter bottles of water as weights. They don't increase my strength, but help out with endurance, which is equally important as strength.

try to do handstands and bending ur elbows, while doing em, if u fall to front try to bend more and step ur feet on the ground and go back in handstand, i do this like 15 minutes a day, and i must say i have created balance bigtime for moves like 2000s and 90s, it helps for so many things
