Balancing - 10-25-2003, 05:48 PM

I just started break dancing (and having fun with what I know). And I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on helping with balancing during wind mills and such, I can get into the position I just cant get my legs to get up and stay up. Can someone help?

practice freezes, stalls, and planches all day! practice footwork into a freeze!

just look at pics, vids, etc. and try to do all those freezes!!! do as much as you can and do them all!! it really helps!

STRETCHES,FREEZES, PLANCHES, footwork or toprock into freezes all day!!!!

if it hurts you still gotta work on it, youll get used to it!

what else is there to say? this aint no olympics!

move your elbow around, dont always put it in the sam eplace in the gut if you are falling, if you are falling back put it furthur towards your crotch, if you are going to far forward move towards your stomcah more. Find your sense of balance by just practicing more.
