Hi guys,
I've been working out for a year now.
Been wondering how your workouts look like.
Our workouts start off with a 20 minutes warmup
that include 5 minutes of aerobic, joint rotation and streches.
we then hit it with 10-15 minutes of top/up rock battle
and rest for a while
Then we split for individual practice, each one do his/her thing
and within an hour or so we get together for a battle.
Some of us actualy do cool downs after we finish off.
Basically the entire sessions takes around 2 hours.
That's about it.
Would like to hear about your session and get some new ideas.
