bboy sk8er132, do you know any good places to learn how to dance in this area?

if you've heard of metro college and the programs they offer, depending on how old you are you can take a course on it. That's what I did to start. You might even see me there. If you were really depserate, I coudl teach you a bit, but I'm not too great at remembering everything anymore. What area of edmonton do you live in?

Actually I live in Stony Plain. But I'm going to school at Grant MacEwan in downtown. Commuting is a real bitch.
Thanks for that info on metro, I'll be sure to check that out. And yeah maybe once I figure out a couple moves maybe we can practice a little together.

So what part of town do you hail from?

14, I'm from capilano. I wlak therough capilano mall on my way home from school once in a while. Metro is for grades 8-12, so I don't know if you would qualify. no offense. I can't remember how old you have to be to go to grant macewan. Another way is to jsut watch for bboying posters or contasts or whatnot at your school. There may be some bboys whho could help you out.Yeah. If you really want to hook up some time, pm me and we can tlak it out.

Does anyone know any urban/hip-hop stores in Calgary? I used to go to Aluminum Planet all of the time, they used to sell bboy vidz, tribal gear 555 sould, everything. Now they don sell any of that. Any underground stores that I haven't heard of?

I'll have to try that. I've heard there's an Edmonton hip hop network, it might have some store listings. don't have the address tho, you'd have to find it.
