You can do small shoulder glides out of turtles too. To learn them you have to start small and just try more momentum and distance as you get comfortable with them.

i can glide for 4 feets when i first try it and pratise for 5 minutes
i can improve more a strong shoulder freeze is needed i can do for more than at least a minute with ease try to hold the shoulder with one hand or leaving the head from the floor hold and balance and try to kick hard to glide |

shoulder spin...shoulder glide...welp havent heard of a shoulder glide but yeah. some new for me to learn, but then i think the best way to get into a shoulder spin or glide is from a windmill b/c it gives u more speed or momentum.
