dont this burn your forehead on some surfaces its wierd cause i can do it on carpet but when i bust it out on a regular floor i got to much friction and i just stay put.

does this move require any kind of neck strength to hold yourself up? or are you're hands in contact with the floor enough of the time so you dont need much strength in your neck? cuz i have a pretty strong neck but not enough to hold my self up with my head alone for a long period of time.

i could slide on my head.. but my body is like horizontal and like 2 inches off the floor instead of what it looks like in ur video :P and if i go higher i just fall backwards.. i cud do a headstand regularly buut yea.. iono.. any tips? cuz i wanna combo it into a head freeze :P

headglides and headspins? -

have you seen headglides done while headspinning at the same time? Not much headspins, just like 2 or 3, but while gliding.....it's a trip! I've only seeing it done once in a video, never in real life. Any help?
