Alright people, if you wanna learn headglides be sure you wear a beanie/snow cap/ etc. for now depending on the surface. But Anyways let us move on. Also im not best at explaining so. Pretty much, I got this move by myself, without any help or guide. So it will be explained in my perspective.

Headglides are actually very easy once you can hold headstands. The momentum to slide your head comes from 2 factors:

1. Your Hands
2. Your legs

Alright folks here is where you start. For me, I like to start in a handstand position but you can go into a headstand to head glide. But anyways for this situation, will use the handstand position.

Step 1: Go into a handstand
Step 2: Put your head slightly away from the floor, like an inch or half an inch off ( This step goes pretty quickly so don't try holding that position for awhile)
Step 3: Go on to your head. Once you get on your head, quickly, push with your hands towards you. In this case, as a handstand, your hands are pointing away from your face. Once you push with your hands, kick with your legs so you that you will gain more momentum when going forward.

There you have it. Im not the best with explaining how to do them or doing them. But this is the basic idea of how to do a headglide. Remember if you don't get it the first time, keep practicing!!

Helpful Tips:

- When sliding, slide a little above your forehead around the place where your hair line starts. This is where I usually slide.
- Once your sliding your body position would more or less look like this / . The bottom point is your head and the other end is your feet if you have figured it out. Ill try to get a vid but i doubt ill be able to get that any time soon.

but even it is not very porpular move,this should b stickied!It is just that the mods now are either lazy or busy lately.

kick them horizontally, so that if yu were to anymore, then yud fall over backwords. It doesnt really matter, just whatever works for you man. Try just pushing with your arms first and just pushing your legs out whatever goes best...I push them out horizontally, if not a little upwards.

good guide....better than the first time i did a headglide....
i started standing up and "jumped" into it...LOL (NOT THE BEST WAY TO DO IT!!!)

ok i almost broke my neck doing this

any exercisce to make ur neck strongeR?

i did a glide a little bit too low on my forehead and my neck like almost snapped

yea me 2 I almost broke my neck, and it hurt for 3 days...:S maybe practicing headstands before ?? or headhollows ?
