Neck strengthening methods? -

hey everyone
just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of exercises or aything that would help strengthen necks please and thank yous ^_^ |

In general I've just sat in headstands for extended periods of time and then made sure to stretch my neck. It's surprisingly effective at reducing the amount of neck pains I used to get (though not entirely effective). As I've gotten better at actual headstands I basically now just practice headbalance (or try to headbalance on the wall) to increase neck strength.

Remember the key to doing this though is trying to hold your neck straight and not let the muscles slack... letting them do so will pretty much make you rely on your spinal column to hold you up... I don't think thats a good thing >_>

like they said...headstand helps alot. helps u learn ur balance, neck strenght, upper strenght a lido bit, and it helps you learn how to use your finger for balance. welp to me i learn how to keep my balance from headstand.
