Locking your shoulders basically means just "stiff" them so you're not shaking your arms around. Handstands take a while to get down, just keep practicing and you'll get it. You're not going to get it down in a week.

there's nothing wrong with u
handstand is hard, it took me 9 months straight to keep like 20s balancing
start practice with ur legs closed, like you standing tall uhmm... salute? lol
it's a lot harder but it'll help u improve faster
make sure u breathe while handstanding =] and practice in an open space so that u would fall down on something
peace,

LOL.

What I do to hold my handstand is bend arms a lil bit and make an arm transitions that is what i call it basicly its if you are losing your balance and you go foward you go morer on the end of your plam but if you are going backwards you go on your fingers.

I 'll try to give you some advice from my experience.

That locking your shoulders thing is very important to progress in standing longer on your hands. Because I didn't know locking my shoulders was nessecary, my handstand almost never got better. After I knew to lock, like in a week I coul stand on my hands for 60 sec.

Hope the best for you at training them

It's all practice. Practice against a wall and then when you feel like you've gotten some balance from the wall lean off of it and rinse and repeat. It's usually just a matter of preserverance, like alot of other moves. But handstands do help tremendously with alot of moves
