I cant do this , form handstand to a forearm stand ( with two arms ) can some one help me?

if u can hold handstands atleast for 5-7sec...then u should try to do this - get into handstand and then get down on ur forearm , when starting u can use other arm as balance on the ground ( i learned this with elbow pads on , but u can use sweaters and beanies also... just put them on the ground where u gonna place your forearm)

uhh....isnt this a stretch for hollowbacks? im not sure if i remember, but in cliche's airchair guide, theres a spot for this move.

i think i can do it...u mean from handstand to two forearms stand? god it sounds so horrible. uhh drop down on one forearm, den do the other, and bam, 2 forearmed stands...if that made sense
