Lateral presses, handstand pushups and pull ups are good for shoulder strength, but you're really gonna need some flexibility.
First there's this one stretch where your hands are locked behind you, chest is kept straight, and a partner lifts them untill you start to feel a good stretch. Then there's another stretch where you place your hand on a wall and turn the rest of your body. Do this stabbed and unstabbed, it will help with airchairs, Hong 10's and all that other good shit as well.
Lower back strength and flexibility is also good to have in order to get them low, bridges and head hollows will help you with that. Also, know how to bridge from a handstand, it will take so much fear out of you. And uh yeah, practice hollows, they're addicting.
