well everything is said above =/ so.. i'll just say that u should use ur hips

or more like ur abs to keep ur leg wide before switching to the other hand (which is ur right hand to ur left hand) and yeah =/ keep url legs spread in the air and kick them in (or whip) to spin. and when u place ur left hand down, ur fingers should point to the right, which is where ur right hand is so maybe u'll wanna turn ur arms from left to right to get more spins. and also if u start with a lower stance, like when u bent ur back a bit, it's easier to spin.
just keep on practicing, it's not like u're gonna get it in a few days lol.
i got 2 2000s spins in 2 weeks though xP
