90 degree turn then i fall down but i can do hs for
20 sec. was wondering if you guys have any tips?
k, a skyscraper is like a turtle flot, but on ur hands, alternating left to right, spinning.
bboy eclpise, what u need to do is go into a standard HS, and take 1 hand off momentary, to get used to being only on 1 hand. do it for both hands, it helps.
its also good to practice walking around and stopping on your hands. that way youll get used to being on one hand AND learning how to shift weight from hand to hand. also when you do skyscrapers make sure your hips dont lag behind.
