Floor sweep to a spinning 1 hand-handstand guide (physicx) -

many may have seen physicx do this. i actually figured this one out before i even saw physicx.
(RIGHT HANDED GUIDE)
start with left knee on the ground with toes pressing the ground... and right leg straight behind you. have your left hand directly in front of you, right arm somewhere else.
Now force the right leg in the most accurately circular motion full throttle anti-clockways. when it gets to your left arm, lift it up and put your right arm down, and start to push off with your left leg... push up so your knee is off the ground so that your right leg can pass under it and hook your left leg.
next, once your right leg is about 30 cm away from colliding with your left leg, put your left arm down.
Next, when you have hooked your leg you have 2 choices... one, u can go into a handglide, or if u kicked high enough you can get into a spinning flag...
Lets say you chose the flag option because the glide is basically just a jump then stab.
so you have jump high enough... you should still have both your hands on the ground... as soon as you straighten your self up. lift your left hand and spinn on the bone that you use for 1990s
there we are... i dont hav ea vide... but just go to youtube.com and search physicx vs junior... and its the second handstand thing that he does... physicx is the asian guy...
NOTE: this is an EXTREMELY hard move.. .took me ages. not jsut a 1 shot get it right... you need alot of push to get urself in the air.
