headstand 2 handstand -

ok this is very simple and short but it takes practice
1) go into a regular headstand, but bend ur legs in a L-shape (_l) l - shape
l
2) now u kick up hard with ur legs remember up not back, as in the motion for kip-up. kick up
3) final step k now the moment u kick ur legs push up with ur hands.
this may take a while 2 get, but if u have arm strength u'll get it faster
