This is how I do a handstand.I am not sure if the way I find easier to do it apllies to you,I am trying out on other people.Please give me some feedback after trying out my guide.Thank You
1st step-Jog a bit to warm up and it will give you a bit of courage
2nd step-prepare to put your powerhand(that hand that is more powerful)below your less powerful hand but spaced out at a shoulder width.
3rd step-land both of you hand and throw your legs(not too hard at first because you might fall down,you should first use small strength,then you find out what is the suitable strength for you to balance)either one by one or both at the same time(I prefer throw my leg one by one)
4th step-Move around a bit,because it is harder to stay than walking a bit,trust me.If you feel your body is learning forward,one hand move forward and shift your weight on that hand.So if your leg is on the verge falling down but if you still want to continue to do,the best way is to bend your leg and kick while one hand move behind and shift your weight on that particular hand.Happy trying!
