headaches after handstands and 90's -

After I have a session of practicing handstands and 90's....I get a headache . Im guessing this is from blood rushing up and down my head from doing handstands? Just wondering if this happens or happened to any of you guys.
i get this, basically ur not breathin and tensing up, which puts alot of stress and pressure on the blood vessels in ur head, ur gettin headaches because of the release in tension, so basically its unhelpable unless u relax more in ur handstands, and breath more, it shows that ur lower abs and arms arent 2 fit, or thats the problem in my case anyway
