It used to be only with turtle freezes and sometimes handglide freezes, but now it's starting to happen in my handstands; after I relieve the pressure from my arms in one of those moves, I feel a dull pain from what feels like inside my bones. It doesn't always happen, either. does anyone know what this could be caused by? Thanks for any help.

just ease off until it goes away then practise
after a while its gone

keep strengthening your arms

Like Hypernova said, take a rest, and just relax for a while. And if it still hurts go to the docs office and have him heck it out.
