N dont say, I cant do them!! After 1-2weeks
Deadmans is te 1st move I started, I don't really practise them, I just done them at each training for 6-7months N got better each time
1)Ur first goal is to have a half rotation
2)After maybe 2weeks for fast learners (ppl who already got 90/2000) and 1month for biginers, try to get one rotation
After that each person has his quickness of learning, do not practis them as hell like millz or flares, coz when ur tired u CANNOT feel the balance and wont even do a half rotation, I think its a fun move to do, quite rare, n good coz U just need to do some each training...
