hey bboyz , i just wanted to know what are some of the easiest stands or hand spins that i can learn , cause i live in dam syria and we dont have lots of breakerz so help please.

I assume u mean stands by freezes. Go to the freezes section n there's a guide on the basic freezes:Baby, chair, handglide n turtle (I think).
The easiest freezes that actually please the crowd would be ones like inverts, airbaby and various kicks (L, V, Nike etc.).
I dun get wut u mean by hand spins man. If u mean floats (body parallel to the ground and supported only by ur hands) then handglides and turtles r the easiest to learn, again look in the floats and spins sections there r plenty of guides.
Also, this would not be the proper forum to post; I suggest u post in Beginner Help to get the most replies.
