u see i was learning airflares so i did one without hopping, but instead of placing my next hand down to catch myself i just kept twisting on that one hand and did 1 to 1.5 rotations. is that more of like a 2000 or am i on the right track or what im just a bit lost and unsure what i should really be practicing
a good tip for airflares is to crouch down in and put the hand that you will be hopping off of on the ground. then with your other hand kind of rotate it around and end up in a bridge. kind of hard to explain but basically crouch and lean back with one hand on the ground and then get into a bridge.
Well 90's are a great combo for air tracks anyway. Try to do it on purpose next time. And even better, try to regain control and get back into air tracks after a few rotations of the 90's.
