im having some issues with handstands. Ive read all the freaking threads but i still need help. I get up and stay 5 seconds tops, the fall back to where i started, and i try to put pressure on my fingers to alter the balance but it dosent work. im trying a balance point by looking at the ground between my hands, and im working on walls ( a little little little bit )
So any suggestions on what i can do?
P.S. if anyone knows how to post videos please tell me how!!!
