how do u overcome fear when doin 90's?
cuz i know i can do 1 90 but i cant continue it cuz
im 2 afraid to continue it...i might
fall and land on my head...(almost landed)

soo..what do need to do to
overcome fear when doing 90's

uhh.. u might get decent 1 handed handstands... or learn handstand to forearm stand... that way you'll learn how to save your head from smashing into the ground =)

that and/or some balls, i dont think ur body will allow u 2 drop on ur head, more likely ull save urself at the last moment like a cat, i had the same problem till i realised im not gona learn unless i just continue 2 do it, just remember Jimmy..........u can do it!!!

its all about visualization man, if you can see yourself doing it in your head, chances are you will hit more rounds. also when you do them, put your hand directly beneath your head and tuck your head in. if you are looking up youre more likely to fall out of weird.

The best advice is
Dun be a pussy.
1990's is one of the moves with the least chance of injury; i never heard of a serious injury resulting from 90's
Maybe if ur retarded enough u might be able to knock urself out land on your neck n break ur spine, but really there's nothing to it
If ur REALLY afraid try landing awry on purpose, it doesn't hurt.

BTW if u cant continue your 90's it might be a balance problem, so if this is the case work on your handstand.
Another tip, its easier to continue if you bring up your legs bent then kick them up when you start to spin. Im pretty sure sum1 included this in his guide

try landing on your forearms then

You can also use your legs. If you kick your legs forward (toward where your back is facing) as you start to fall, you'll land like you just did a kip-up. Or if you kick your legs back (where your front is facing), you can go back down easy and land in a standing position. It's fairly safe if you land on your feet, really.

to train your body you must train your mind

what's the longest you can hold a handstand (perfectly still) for? whatever it is, hold it even longer
