^^LOLz, just stfu hahah. Anyways, I don't think height matters in the beginning phase of learning. It's not how high you do it, it's your balance and your form. Just work on quantity first, then clean them up later. A higher height will come with the more practice time you give this move.

Do u mean the one where u cross ur legs back n forth or the one where u kick out straight? In any case, I'd say a decent 1h handstand is more beneficial than 2 hand hops cuz the balance is different between 1 n 2 hands

you shouldnt focus on jumping up, but you jump to the spot you are falling towards. that is why you dont need 1 handstands for 1 handhops

hmm i assume you've mastered 2 handhops and can almost do them sleeping. jump about the same height as you do with 2 handhops, try to 'feel' what keeps you up in 2 handhops (the jumping to where you're falling) and apply that in your 1 handhops, good luck!

nah man you wanna build strength here's what you're gotta do
find a step, maybe 1.5 feet off the ground, lets say you're hopping with your right hand
kick to handstand, put your left hadn on the step, your right hand on the groudn next to it, practice kicking up and hopping like that until you dont need the step anymore, my buddy taught me that way 2 days ago and it's helped me a lot, good luck to you
