from a handstand, dropping down on both forearms, to get back up, u guys got any tipS? just tried and its kinda hard for me, should i lean forward a bit? to lift off my elbows then onto hands or something?
yea...leaning forward ussualy worked for me when I was learning it

hhmmm k, i got handstand to forearm to handstand then back to forearm, but its kinda weird cous i rock a bit foward and back, but oh well, i'll see....
Oooo, now i just kinda lean forward to get the weight off my elbows then pump up then get back on my hands while learning back to regular if u know what i mean
