how do i do an elbow hop? do i have to be able to hold an elbow stand to be able to do it and which direction should my fore arm be placed at the side or infront of me? please help!!!!1

If I were you I'd learn to hold it first... I'd think its common sense but oh well..

Anywayz, forearm could be either one, I would say to the side. Like, if you look down (which you should) you would see your hand.
