Thx rash, but when should you straighen out? Like while im all banana shaped or is there a technique or area where u gotta tense to get up there straight backed in the first place? And what part has to lean forward?
Im kinda more obsessed with the technique cos i already feel ive got the balance, if i get up there straight by fluke i can hold it for as much as i want.
