Hi, dudes!
I need an advice for my elbow hops, but first I want to explain my progresses!
Four months ago I practiced one-elbow stands. I read the "1 Hand Solar Eclipse Guide" and there I got my "know-how"

I decided to do no 1-handed handstands but 1-elbow stands, because I wanted to learn 1-elbow hops!
Now I can do 1-elbow stands for 4 - 7 seconds! On saturday I decided to practice my main aim the 1-elbow hop! Every day I can do 5 or 8 hops sometimes 10 or 13 hops...but only sometimes!

When I compare my form with the "Best of BOTY 2004" the form of the man (in this vid) looks much better and he uses his legs much more than me.
At the end of this thread u can see my vid...session was today!
I HOPE somebody can help me who can do this shit. It is unimportant if u can do 1-handed hops or 1-elbow hops. But plz help me! Thanks for advice!
