okay i need some help on my eclipses with 2 hands. Like i can get into my hand stand and all but then like I have trouble hopping on my hands. I can hld a handstand for like 5 seconds or so but I dont know how to like make it look like how its supposed to. i heard i was supposed to liek hope on my hands while i do the eclipses. But when I try to hop I end up falling(i think im doing the hopping on my hands thing wrong)

soo yeah. anyone have any tips on how to be able to hop on my hands?

dont arch ur back kick upwards bend ur hands while landing and use the force to help you hop more

eclipse in this case is hopping handstands and not scissors kick handstands right?you don't need to know how to hold a handstand for eclipses.you just need to know how to change your cg each time you hop.eg,hop to where you're falling.after each hop,follow through with another hop.peace
